Meet Em- the dedicated owner and operator of Embody Movement. Applying her extensive certification from Exhale studio in NYC, she is an instructor with a passion for helping clients discover their strength and grace. With her extensive background in music and barre, she provides a unique and uplifting experience in every class, all while being inspired by the rhythm of the music. With over 5 years of experience in leading barre movement, Em draws motivation from her clients, fostering a supportive environment where you can challenge and celebrate your progress. Meet Rai- a Hudson Valley native with over 12 years of yoga experience and 5 years of barre practice. Through her own journey, she discovered a deep love for barre, drawn to its ability to build strength, grace and endurance while complementing the fluidity of yoga. Rai's passion is to create a sacred space where students can embark on a transformative journey-one that deepens the connection between mind, body, and soul through movement breath and intention.
Specializing in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Barre, Rai blends strength with flow, challenge with grace, and discipline with heart.

Meet Adrianne- she grew up on Long Island and was a dancer from a young age. As an adult, she discovered Barre and immediately fell in love with the intense and effective workout. She soon went to training and has since taught over one thousand Pure Barre classes over the span of her 7-year Barre career. Her musicality and gentle adjustments create a fun and supportive energy where clients can feel their individual and collective strength. After moving to COH last year, she is overjoyed to have found Embody Movement- both for the opportunity to teach what she loves and for the community of empowered clients & staff.

Meet Melinda- She has been practicing yoga consistently for three years and in February of last year, she made the decision to pursue her 200-hour yoga certification at the Isla Mujeres with Kootenay Yoga School. Her goal was, and continues to be, two-fold; to deepen her personal practice and then sharing that knowledge with others. Through Yoga practice, Melinda has learned the art of shifting focus away from overthinking and back to the body & heart...a journey she hopes to bring others on during her weekly practices in the studio.

Wednesdays & Sundays
Meet Rachel- Rachel was an athlete and gymnast growing up and her love for movement inspired her to try multiple fitness studios throughout Manhattan. This experience led her to a deep respect towards yoga's physical and philosophical connection to life. After completing her 200hr YTT at Y7 Studios, she discovered an even deeper love for the practice leading her to complete her 50-hour modular course. Not soon after the birth of her children, Rachel was inspired to complete an 85-hour prenatal course at Prenatal Yoga in NYC.
